A timeless piece of French rustic pottery featuring a rich ochre-yellow glaze with mottled olive and rust undertones and an earthy terracotta base.  Finished with a sturdy strap handle anchored by a beautiful hand-crimped detail, it brings tactile warmth and quiet history to any tabletop, shelf or kitchen counter.

Material: Glazed earthenware / terracotta
Colours: Warm mustard ochre with olive and rust glaze pooling. 
Features: Robust loop handle with textured/crimped base; rounded belly and small pouring spout; organic, hand-thrown silhouette. Has studio or potter mark MT or TM (see photo).  I've been unable to locate the exact pottery.
Size: 20 cm height, 9 cm base diameter, 16 cm width (widest point across belly, including handle).
Condition: Good with no chips or cracks.  One side of the jug has a small area of an authentic kiln imperfection (see photo).  
Other: water-tight / ideal for dried or fresh stems or foraged foliage to highlight the earthy, luminous glaze.
