This pair of vintage solid brass trinket dishes in the shape of a leaf are perfect for autumn because of both the shape and colour.  They nest within each other for storage and could be used to hold seasonal touches like acorns or conkers or perhaps for coins or keys when you come through the door. I have something similar and I use it on my bedside table for my jewellery.
