In all honesty, I've struggled to find anything out about this wall hanging plate or dish.  What I do know is that it's gorgeously decorative and heavy (400g).  It has the wall-hanging mount in place although this could obviously be removed if you'd prefer it as a trinket dish.

The detail is beautiful and the edging is like a laurel wreath.
